Two heavyweights - one on trumpet, one on guitar - teamed up to put out an album last year entitled “Ordinary Poems.” It captures some of the profound musical relationship that those musicians share, inspired by greats such as Thelonious Monk and Bill Frisell. Tonight, trumpet player Jamie Breiwick and guitarist Andrew Murray Trim revisit this album on the Transfer stage. They’ll be joined by two other heavywights, Devin Drobka on drums and Tim Ipsen on bass.
