Transfer makes every effort to use local, organic produce when in season, as a member of Braise RSA (Restaurant Supported Agriculture). Transfer is also a member of the Milwaukee Community Compost Network, a project of the Victory Garden Initiative. We are proud to contribute our vegetable and fruit scraps, as well as coffee grounds and spent tea leaves, helping to create soil for Milwaukee’s urban farming community.
